How long does it take to set up?
As Glug is a trade aggregator, you're not required to invest lots of time into creating your own app.
Am I tied into a subscription contract?
Nope! We believe our brilliant team and fantastic tech is enough to keep you with us. There's no legal obligation to stay.
How do in-app payments work?
Will the free menu option always be free?
Yes - we will never charge you to display your digital menu on Glug. You would only be charged if you decide you'd like to upgrade to include order management and/ or in-app payments.
Do I need a PayPal business account
YES, If you want you customers to pay in the app. Dont worry if you haven't got one already we've streamlined the process with PayPal and we can offer you a cracking rate
Can my customers order via the app and Pay in-Venue?
Absolutely, just select Option B when signing up.
Can I use the ordering system but get my customers to pay in person?
Yes, Unlike a lot of systems out there we allow order to be placed and payment taken in your venue.
Can I print orders as they come in?
Not yet! But it's coming.. Drop us a message if you need this functionality and we will contact you once it’s available.
Do I need to be running table service to use Glug?
We aim to make queuing a thing of the past. We allow orders to be placed for collection as well as table service. We work with venue operators to help them optimise the use of the app within their venues. If you would like a chat drop us a line.
